The 6th annual China-Scotland Business Awards returns in 2023 to recognise and celebrate achievements in trade and investment between Scotland and China. Winners will be announced in Glasgow on the 26th of January 2023 during the Chinese Burns Supper. These awards are delivered by the China-Britain Business Council in partnership with Scottish Enterprise & Scottish Development International.
The ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ award seeks to celebrate an outstanding individual who has shown exceptional entrepreneurship in growing their business in China and/or Scotland. With Samarkand's Group's strong presence in China and brand portfolio including the iconic Napiers of Edinburgh we are delighted to announce that Simon Smiley has been shortlisted for this honour.
